Cloze is operated by Kenneth A Holm III. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Cloze Pro subscriptions.

30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal of a Cloze Pro subscription, for any reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@cloze.online with your order reference, and we will work with Paddle to process the refund.

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund of the current period — if you want a refund as well, request one as described above within the 30-day window.
